Multipliers Shorts

Flexible Workshops

The first workshop or 'Short' provides a clear understanding of Multipliers and how leadership behaviour can multiply or diminish the capability and success of the team. Participants realise that they have experienced both types of leadership; the Diminisher who drains energy and capability and the Multiplier who amplifies talent and commitment.

We also introduce the idea of the ‘Accidental Diminisher’ –  the well-intentioned leader who inadvertently has a negative impact on the team.

This is a session which really resonates with participants (it’s that ‘light bulb’ moment) as they understand the true impact of their leadership behaviour on the team.

The two-hour workshop provides a powerful introduction and some ‘quick wins’ which motivate participants to find out more.

Explore the impact that being a Multiplier can have on your business.

Equip your managers and leaders with Multiplier techniques that will improve the capability of your people.

Breaking Old Habits

The second 'Short' introduces habit breaking and habit making tools. Breaking habits is not easy and becoming a Multiplier involves not just breaking bad habits, but identifying triggers and replacing Accidental Diminisher tendencies with positive actions.

We also explore how to use leading, guiding and challenging questions to increase the capability of your people, using the new techniques formulated by Wiseman.

Talent Magnet

Identifying the Native Genius of the team enables talent to be optimised to achieve better results.

The next five workshops investigate each of the Multipliers in more depth.

We closely examine the practical tools and techniques adopted by each Multiplier, which when applied, dramatically improve the capability of the team.

The order in which these five workshops are delivered can be configured to suit your business and meet your specific needs. This is usually decided after the initial workshops.

Challenger

Creating an intense, rather than tense working environment stretches people to deliver more.

Liberator

Providing space for people to give their best thinking and learn from mistakes creates a culture for success.

Driving sound decisions through rigorous debate and collaboration builds the team and makes it stronger.

Debate Maker

Investor

Providing people with true accountability and support leads to improved performance and return on investment.

The first two workshops can be delivered stand-alone or as the foundation for further workshops.

Multipliers: How the best leaders make everyone smarter

"The Multipliers workshop gave us the language to correct problems in a posetive way. Among the most valuable things, it taught our leaders is how to use and name our people's talent."

"Every leader should understand the Multipliers framework. It's fresh. It's actionable. There's
a high return on investment."

"We have leaders that are expected to do more with less, cross-function, and cross team. The Multipliers workshop gave us the skills we needed to accomplish that."

"Finally language to name how people unintentionally diminish our intelligence. We'll see huge returns on having the multipliers framework."
